to upload: above the text box where you type, there’s a little bar which says ‘upload/insert’ click on the ‘add media’, which is the icon shaped like a sun once it’s done uploading, type in the title of your document, and the caption would be your name followed by the kind of document – e.g. xxx’s essay.
