1. above the text box where you type, there’s a little bar which says ‘upload/insert’
2. click on the ‘add media’, which is the icon shaped like a sun
3. once it’s done uploading, type in the title of your document, and the caption would be your name followed by the kind of document – e.g. xxx’s essay. typing the description is optional.
4. at the Link URL tab, click on the ‘File URL’ option
5. click ‘Insert into post’, followed by ‘Save Changes’ when you’re done

points to remember:

• state the title of your essay/presentation/document at the Title bar on top of this textbox 
• sign off at the end of your post so that we know who the documents belong to
• Tag your post using ‘Post Tags’ (check out the right column)

1. click on ‘Choose from most used tags in Post Tags’ to see the different tags that have been saved
2. tag the post with your name and the type of document that you’re uploading it
3. if you’d like to add a new tag, type it in the textbox and click on ‘add’

*i’ve already saved all your names under the tags, so just look for them to tag your post. if you intend to add other tags, please check beforehand to see if it’s already available so that we won’t have repeated tags*

• at the ‘Categories’ section, check the type of document you’ve uploaded

*remember to check if the category is already available before adding a new one*

to publish your post, click on ‘publish post’ at the right column

it may be a little inconvenient and probably time consuming to just publish a post, but please adhere to the instructions above to facilitate easy archiving so that we can easily find things around here yea

it’ll be good if each of you could get a wordpress account so that it’ll be easier for you to receive updates in your emails whenever there’s a new post here. wordpress allows you to just sign up for an account without having to register for a blog, so just go get an account ok :)
